PROMISE Technology is providing a formal price list to our distribution partners on a regular basis. The so-called Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) or as those prices change as determined by PROMISE Technology in its sole discretion.

We are open to collaboration with all tier of partners using various sales models including e-commerce as part of PROMISE channel networking. However, as the brand owner, original manufacturer and supplier, we closely monitor reseller practices that might impact the reputation of our company and brand. We request a proof of authorization to use the PROMISE trademark and to display the PROMISE company logo in your retail store and online shop. To avoid misunderstanding, we would appreciate your cooperation and let us know where you purchased the products, or obtained the services from PROMISE that are listed for sale on your store and website. Furthermore, we also request that you please comply with our company Trademark Guideline, marketing promotions as well as pricing strategy. Any exaggerated or false statement of Products and Services is prohibited for all retailers that sell PROMISE products and services.   

Please understand that compliance with the PROMISE trademark guideline, PROMISE approved pricing and marketing strategy and use of our branded products and services are important for the management of our brand name.
